~~~10/26/07 - So my 100 days of 100% has not gone as planned, but I'm still losing, just not as quickly as I would like. I am however, very pleased with the results shedding 60 lbs has given me. It's been tough this past week to get in the exercise as we have been staying inside the house with all the fires. We are very fortunate not to be in the line of fire. We count our blessings every day and keep those who are not as fortunate in our thoughts. Good luck to everyone this week on continued weight loss.~~~ ~~~7/29/07 - My weight loss has been slow for the past 3 weeks. Not because of lack of exercise or consistency with exercising, but because I have been cheating. I'm not cheating a lot; a dinner here, a dinner there, a week of vacation, you get the idea. Obviously it's showing in my lack of progress over the last 3 weeks. So I have decided to hold myself accountable and commit to 100% for the next 100 days. This will bring me into November and hopefully, much closer to my ultimate goal of 120-125 lbs.~~~
Still have the baby weight from my first
pregnancy. I have tried South Beach and Weight
Watchers. I was successful with both in the past
(lost 40lbs after baby #2 on South Beach), but
gained it all back. I tried a combination of
South Beach and Weight Watchers before NS, but
the weight just wouldn't come off, so here I
am
3 months into the program and almost 40lbs down!
I really like most of the food and the
program is very easy to follow. Convenience
was a big issue for me (3 young children;
5, 3, 20mo) and NS is very convenient.
I am only 5'3", so my goal is 120-125lbs.
As an adult, I have never been that low before,
but am determined to make it this time!
