I have lost 100# twice before in my life. And gained it all back both times. The first time was a medically supervised liquid diet program and the second time was mostly self-imposed starvation. Hmmmm...not surprised those two methods didn't work? I've lost and regained other big chunks of weight many times in between those as well. I'm so tired of the yo-yo! So this time I'm hoping to do it sensibly, with the help of NS.
I'm committed to lose slowly (very hard idea for me to get on board with) and to commit to this for the rest of my life. (not to NS, but to eating in a healthy way, and to never regaining it again this time!)
I know I can do it. I have to. For the sake of my husband and two little boys. They deserve a wife and mother who is active and healthy and who will be here for a long time to come.
